Andrea Wilson - Vice President, Human Resources
Wilson develops and delivers global human resource programs that support the overall strategic direction of Multimax. With an enthusiastic and positive approach to management, she offers the company more than 20 years of professional human-resource management experience.
Prior to joining Multimax, Wilson served as Human Resources director for InfoPro, Inc—a small, woman-owned business offering specialized information technology business services to the federal government. While there, she helped the company during its growth-rebound period by streamlining and implementing a number of strategic human resource processes. Before her position with InfoPro, Wilson served as both Human Resources vice president and director for SI International, Inc., where she directed a full range of human resources activities. including the management of regional human resources teams in sales territories across the United States. She started her career with Telos Corporation, an information technology corporation specializing in B2B and B2G eMarketplaces—spending 13 years establishing and escalating her human resources career from proposal coordinator to Human Resources vice president.
Wilson received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in human resources management and a Master of Sciences in organizational effectiveness degree, both from Marymount University.
