Arleigh V. Closser - Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Arleigh V. Closser is Multimax's vice president, general counsel and secretary. Before joining Multimax, Closser was associate general counsel of AAI Corporation, a defense technologies company in Hunt Valley, Md. AAI is a subsidiary of United Industrial Corporation (NYSE: UIC). In addition, he was assistant general counsel of Anteon International Corporation for almost seven years during the period of Anteon's rapid growth into a major technology services provider to the Federal Government, a period that included Anteon’s initial public offering and other initiatives common among fast-growth enterprises. Anteon was acquired by General Dynamics Corporation in June 2006.

Closser's other legal expertise includes almost ten years of experience in government contracting matters at the McKenna & Cuneo (now McKenna, Long & Aldridge) law firm in Washington, D.C.

He is co-chair of the Government Contractor's Forum of the Washington Metropolitan Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel. And, Closser is a member of the American Bar Association's Public Contract Law Section. He received an A.B. degree in American History from Princeton University and his Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University National Law Center.
