Karl Williams - Chief Financial Officer

Karl Williams is responsible for all of Multimax's financial and business operations and manages the team responsible for government affairs, contracts, subcontracts and finance. He has more than 20 years of management experience with both large government integrators and entrepreneurial government-focused small business pursuits.

Prior to joining Multimax, Williams was at Washington DC-based Vodium, a rich media communications company that he helped launch in 2000. As Vodium's COO and CFO, he raised the venture capital required to start and sustain the company through four years of growth. Today, Vodium is a profitable multi-million dollar company and the leading Webcast company for the U.S. Government.

Williams has also held a variety of leadership positions at Lockheed Martin Corporation, including directing strategic planning and business development efforts in a 1,400-member technology services division with $140 million in annual sales. Also at Lockheed Martin, he held program management positions in the State and Local Government business unit, and served in HR re-engineering and operational audit assignments for the corporate headquarters' staff. He has also held program management positions at Martin Marietta and General Electric supporting the U.S. Intelligence Community.

Williams started his career as an officer in the U.S. Army where he served as a Blackhawk helicopter pilot and paratrooper. He graduated from The United States Military Academy with a B.S. in Computer Science, earned an M.S. in Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech and holds an MBA, Phi Beta Kappa, from Georgetown University.
