Netco Government Services Announces Acquisition Of Multimax
The new company will combine and leverage outstanding past performance as a premier provider of performance-based Enterprise IT and communications services
Herndon, Va. (June 3, 2006) Netco Government Services (Netco), a network communications company that provides performance-based, enterprise communications services to Federal Government agencies, announced today it has acquired Multimax, a rapidly growing provider of enterprise information technology services. Netco is retaining the Multimax name; going forward, all services will be marketed and delivered under the Multimax brand.
The acquisition unites two companies with excellent records of past performance serving government organizations. Working together, the companies offer a significantly enhanced portfolio of cost-effective, innovative, performance-based enterprise IT and communications services and broader geographic reach with employees carrying both security clearances and technical certifications.

The company will be headquartered in Herndon, Va., with offices located throughout the United States. The new company is presently serving all four military branches, among other ongoing work. The newly united companies presently serve as a prime contractor on the U.S. Air Force NETCENTS contract and the largest network engineering and support subcontractor on the U.S. Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) contract. Current work also extends to federal civilian organizations and to state and local governments.
