Multimax Joint Venture Wins Homeland Security Firstsource Contract

MultimaxArray FirstSource to Provide IT Solutions Across Agency

Herndon, Va. (February 21, 2007) – Multimax, Inc. – the premier resource for performance-based enterprise information technology (IT) and communications services and solutions for Department of Defense (DoD) and civilian agencies – announced today that a joint venture between Multimax and Array Information Technology, Inc. (Array) has won a FirstSource contract from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The joint venture is known as MultimaxArray FirstSource.

Under the contract, MultimaxArray FirstSource will provide DHS with the ability to purchase a full array of IT products (hardware and software) and associated services. Services include:

FirstSource complements DHS's Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE) contract program, which covers DHS’s requirements for IT services. Another joint venture between Multimax and Array – MultimaxArray EAGLE - holds one of the DHS EAGLE contracts, awarded in September 2006, for Functional Area 1: Infrastructure Engineering Design, Development, Implementation, and Integration.

FirstSource contracts have a two-year base period with three, one-year options.
