ExecutiveBiz: What will the company look like in 3 years?
Carleton Jones: The company will be well on track to achieve our organic growth objective of $500 million to $600 million in revenue by the end of 2011.

ExecutiveBiz: What is your leadership style?
Carleton Jones: My default style is collaborative, although I am substantially more directive and hands-on in certain areas, including customer, industry and partner relationships, and business development and marketing.  We have superb senior executives at Multimax who are flourishing in their assignments in collaboration with me and others in the company.

ExecutiveBiz: What advice would you give CEOs wanting to do business with Multimax?
