Multimax Secures Multiple NETCENTS Orders Valued at $106 Million
Herndon, Va. (November 27, 2006) – Multimax, Inc. – the premier resource for performance-based enterprise information technology (IT) and communications services for Department of Defense (DoD) and civilian agencies – announced today that it secured services and product-solutions awards under the Air Force Network-Centric Solutions (NETCENTS) contract totaling nearly $106 million in September 2006. Multimax received task orders for services valued at $78 million and delivery orders for product-solutions valued at $28 million.
Samples of the work awarded to Multimax include:
- In support of Headquarters Air Force Security Forces Center at Lackland Air Force Base in Texas,
Multimax has been tasked to provide Web page management and design, database management, network operating
system configuration, network management, as well as software utilization, installation, evaluation, and recommendations.
In addition, Multimax will provide server management, inventory control, and user support—such as creating user
accounts and passwords, counseling users on file management and access, and coordinating with base Wide Area Network managers.
- Headquarters 754th Electronic Systems Group, Maxwell Air Force Base-Gunter Annex in Alabama selected Multimax to collect
user requirements from multiple sources, including Air Staff and Major Command representatives, to support Global Combat Support
System objectives. This work includes analyzing and identifying required system and application tasks and their interrelationships;
developing specifications, management plans and reports; and performing analysis, development and review of program administrative operating procedures.
- Multimax was selected to provide product solutions and related services implementing Joint Interoperability Testing Command-certified Private Branch

- Hulbert Air Force Base Annex (Florida)
- Lackland Air Force Base (Texas)
- Ramstein Air Base (Germany)
- Scott Air Force Base (Illinois)

- Vandenberg Air Force Base (California)
