Multimax Wins $11.9 Million Award for Navy Overseas Network Refresh

Company to Provide Tailored Solutions for Network Device Updates

Herndon, Va. (October 16, 2006) – Multimax, Inc. – the premier resource for performance-based enterprise information technology (IT) and communications services for Department of Defense and civilian agencies – announced today that it has won a contract to provide the professional services and equipment required for the technology refresh of the U.S. Navy’s Overseas Navy Enterprise Network (ONE-NET).

The contract is valued at $11.9 million over a 12-month period.  The contract was issued by the Navy Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) Base Level Information Infrastructure (BLII) Program Management Office (PMO).

Multimax will engineer, furnish, install, and test the network refresh devices at 14 OCONUS ONE-NET locations throughout Europe, the Middle East, and the Far East.  Major tasks include:
